Due to the lack of sustainability of air beds, the waste they generate and to add to the comfort of our guests we are now offering our custom made reflex foam mattresses in our squrts and 12 foot yurts for 2016 onwards.
In many ways, Glastonbury is like lots of different festivals converging on the same gorgeous countryside for the weekend. Each area of the Festival has its own character, its own loyal fans and its own special attractions: so Silver Hayes (formerly the Dance Village) is as distinct from the Green Fields as the Circus & Theatre fields are from The Park.
Some people tend to stick pretty much to their favourite area for the whole weekend, but we'd heartily recommend the tapas Glastonbury experience – trying a little bit of lots of different things. Because while the Pyramid Stage will always provide the Festival's most high profile attractions, a lot of the best experiences are to be found out on the outskirts where you least expect them.
CLOUDHOUSES HOME OF YURTS AND SQURTS ARE BACK FOR 2016.
Our lovely yurts, squrts and luxury yurts will be in the exactly the same location as in previous years in our secure compound behind the John Peel Stage. There will be hot showers posh loos, good facilities and a cafe bar too. So you will get the best in luxury camping!
For all 2016 bookings and future bookings we have a new deposit scheme in place:
Unfortunately due to the misuse of our stock over the 2015 season which we can no longer use, we have had no choice but to put a deposit and damages scheme in place for 2016 and beyond.
When you make a booking with
us we will ask for a deposit of £50 for Squrts, Cloudhouses, Bell tents
and unfurnished 12ft yurts, and
£100 for any larger structures.
This will be automatically added to your shopping basket when you book with us and when you make a telephone order.
The deposit can be split over your instalment plan and is fully refundable into the bank account you paid for your structure with within 72hours of the festival ending If no damage or loss had been made.
find on each Festival page the itemised damages scheme, this is due to a
large quantity of brand new Egyptian cotton linen and towels which are
un-salvageable which cannot be used again.
If we feel that the property, linen or yurt has been damaged to a point where it is no longer usable, we will automatically retain the cost of that particular item from your deposit and email you to explain the deduction made from your deposit refund. All deductions are inclusive of VAT @ 20%
Single duvet cover £12
Single fitted sheet £7.50
Double duvet cover £16
Double fitted sheet £11

If any other items are damaged or missing upon check out, we will contact you regarding the sum for that particular item and retain the cost for it.
When you check in with us we will be issuing our in house wristbands to all guests in 2016 to ensure that only our guests take advantage of our complimentary facilities. We will also be presenting you once again our exclusive yurt beauty parlour complete with extravagant gilt mirrors, chandelier's, with GHD hair straighteners and hair dryers, a lovely place to chill out, meet new friends and use as a meeting point!
